Pre-booking Notes

Below you will find useful information regarding our hotel rates, the many amenities we offer our guests as well as our hotel policies and cancellation procedures. We understand mishaps may arise during an already booked vacation with us, and our aim is to try to accommodate our guests as much as possible should it occur.  We encourage ALL prospective guest to carefully review our policies before committing to a reservation.

$59/night - 4 night minimum stay *

Without AC
$44/night - 4 night minimum stay *

*Nightly rate is based on double occupancy = 2 people

*Rate does not include non-refundable cleaning fee $35

* $15/night for each additional person (after 2)

  • 4 people MAX per cabin

**Monthly rate is based on single occupancy - contact if more than 2 for a lower overall rate

GENERAL POLICY

  • We reserve the right of admission to anyone, at any point. 

  • This property holds a current liquor license. Unaccompanied minors are an unwelcomed liability for this establishment.

  • Guests comply to pay for any charges or fees associated with a cancellation made on their behalf. 

  • Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservations (deposit taken).

  • ***Events***  Treetanic Bar is home to the monthly IE parties, and occasional FULL MOON parties which fall on key dates:

    1. Our IE Parties are hosted at our bar every 3rd (Third) Wednesday of the month (though this may change if there are 5 Wednesdays in a month, in which case, it'll be the 4th Wednesday).

Deposits & Payment

  1. Jade Seahorse requests an 8% deposit of your final total to confirm/hold any reservation. This deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.

  2. Remaining balance to be cancelled upon arrival.

  3. Deposits may be paid via Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, bank transfers or in cash (Lempira and $USD).

  4. Jade Seahorse has a minimum 4 night requirement in order to reserve.
